The prestigious magazine Journal of Clinical Periodontology has published the conlusions regarding a workshop organized by the European Federation of Periodontology and the European Organization for Toothe Decay Investigation which was held in December 2016.
75 guest experts took part in this meeting and the clinical director of PerioCentrum Bilbao Dr. Alberto Ortiz-Vigón was one of those members. The workshop was focused on studying available evidences on the connections between periodontal disease and tooth decays, giving particular emphasis to risk factors and prevention.
