What better occasion than the European Patients’ Rights Day to present our new satisfaction survey. In the Clinic Ortiz-Vigón we consider that the comfort of our patients is the basis when providing a quality service.
That is why we have put together all the existing surveys into one global survey which focusses on health care; the treatments provided; the clinic; facilities; and overall satisfaction – leaving room, of course, for suggestions and comments. We want to know what we can improve and how. There are as many opinions as there are patients and we would like to find out about them all in order to continue improving, as we have been doing for 30 years.
Analysis of results
Our new website enables us to produce automated reports of survey results, which facilitates monitoring, produces statistics and provides us with knowledge of our patients’ concerns and suggestions. Thanks to these changes, we will be able to offer increasingly personalised attention to make you feel at home.
