Team building: strengthening the team
Our main concern are patient’s health and happiness. In Ortiz-Vigón Clinic – PerioCentrum Bilbao we strive daily so our patients have the attention they deserve, as well as the treatment which will bring their smile back and above all, good health. However, none of that will be possible without the organization and the coordination of all the professionals of the team who make up your trustworthy clinic in the centre of Bilbao. In order to continue growing, we have participated in an exciting team building activity.
Dedication, illusions and… amusement!
Dr. Alberto Ortiz-Vigón, Dr. Carmen Carnicero, Mª Carmen Blanco, Juidt Díaz, Maria Castillo… doctors, assistants, hygienists, patient care team, long-term employees, newcomers… Almost the entire team enjoyed a day that helped to strengthen links, to recall the value of the team and to reaffirm our commitment to continue being a cohesive group. More than 30 years of clinical experience show that this is the best way to follow to be the clinic for everyone in the centre of Bilbao. During this discerning part of the activity, we counted on the guidance and support from Zaira Full Life Coaching.
Nevertheless, there was also time for real fun. The whole team embarked on the venture of the great cirucuits zip wires of Forestal Park Bilbao, a privileged natural environment 10 minutes away from the clinic. Bold ones, afraid ones, cautious ones… each member of the team faced the activity on his/her own way, but never lacked laugh and support. After such strong emotions, we finished the activity by evaluating what we achieved and having lunch together with a avery common clear idea: the only way to give the best attention to our patients is to continue being a united team.
