We are firmly committed to innovation

Dr. Erik Regidor, Periodontics and Implants specialist, and June Gonzalez, our Administration Manager, have participated in a valuable and interesting course organized  by Bilbao Ekintza, a municipal entity of Bilbao City Council that “promotes the generation of economic and social wealth for Bilbao, promoting the city as attractive destination to the investment, to the creation and growth of companies, improving the opportunities of access to the employment”. The workshop “People-centred innovation”, oriented to companies that have a commitment to innovation and given by professionals from University of Mondragon, was aimed to search new ways of improvement in their services for those participating entities.

Design Thinking workshops to find better solutions for our patients 

“People-centred innovation” formative proposition, which was held at Ensanche Building in the centre of Bilbao, had two different sessions. Both workshops have been carried out under the Design Thinking methodology, which is focused on comprehension and problem solving, that places user in the centre of the business and helps generating innovative solutions in a very simple and convenient way”. By being part of the course, Ortiz-Vigón Clinic aimed to indetify new possibilities that enable a more significant service for our patients. We are convinced that this type of workshops help us to keep growing and improving to fully satisfy our patients.
